Project Description
DeBruin has been working for the Town of Oyster Bay under various agreements to perform technical services related to surveying for some twenty years. Over the past couple years, we developed a document imaging program in which we scanned all the plans in the vault and wrote a GIS based program to view them. Some land surveying tasks that we have performed recently include the following:

• Boundary surveys

• Boundary stakeouts

• Topographic surveys for road improvements

• Stakeouts for road improvement construction

• Stakeouts for site construction
